Ready to build design
The Green Bay already developed, together with our partners RoyalHaskoningDHV and ASK Romein a design for the construction of a 33 MW datacenter facility.
RoyalHaskoningDHV is a well known engineering company with an extensive track record in the design for datacenter facilities.
ASK Romein is a construction company with experience in building large datacenter facilities for most of the famous hyperscalers throughout Western Europe The Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark, Germany).
The current design already consist of:
- basis of design
- construction drawings and calculations for the core and shell
- single line diagrams for the electrical and mechanical installations
- design for power grid connection (Enduris)
- design for fibre grid connection (Delta)
Key features of the datacenter facility are:
- 33 MW facility
- Back-up power with natural gas generators
- Optional: 3-4 hours battery back-up (zero emission)
- Uptime > 99.999% (in practice 100%)
- Cooling based on industrial water
- PUE < 1.1
- OCP ready
- 33 customer suites
- 40.420 m2 land, 32.970 floorspace, resulting in 18.000 m2 whitespace,
- Cross-connect infrastructure
- Design based on NEN-EN 50600
- Compliant with Green Building Standard LEED Gold
- DWDM connection to Amsterdam, low latency < 2.5 ms
- Sophisticated security, DCIM and NOC
- Fire distinguisher installation
