Shipping and Tax Information:

Shipping charge is standard UPS ground rate. We ship within the United States mainland via UPS ground. 8.25% sales tax will be added for shipment to California. There is no sales tax for shipment going outside of California. For shipment outside United States mainland e.g. Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico please contact us for shipping rates. We do not ship outside the U.S. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

We ship you new merchandise in a factory sealed carton with a full manufactures warranty. Factory serviced items are noted when listed within our site. Please review the manufactures warranty information included with your product. If a problem occurs with your new item, contact your local manufactures warranty center for repair.

Return Policy

We have 7 days return policy. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be sealed and brand new condition. Merchandise once opened is not returnable. To get a proper credit, you must email us at service@thegreenbay.com for Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. No refunds can be made on special orders. Shipping charges are not refundable. Freight must be pre-paid for all returns.
